In brief

The Gothic, located at 1-4 Great Hampton Street, is an assortment of derelict and historic Grade II listed buildings currently being renovated.

Dating back to the late 1870s, this phased mixed-use development will deliver a healthy mixture of one, two, three-bedroom apartments & duplexes.

Phase one, set for completion in 2022, will offer 16 elegantly styled homes, in a mix of 1–3-bedroom apartments, duplexes, terraces, carefully restored heritage features, and elegant Victorian styling.

The ground floor will also feature a range of commercial spaces for independent retail and hospitality businesses. The buildings will undergo a deep cleaning of its existing stonework, with new replacement glazing, and new doors.

All phases will see The Gothic revived to provide an extra 14 and 20 units, thus securing one of Birmingham’s best buildings for generations to come.
