395 rented properties will be created within one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments & duplexes; 116 car parking spaces, landscaped courtyard spaces & 28,000K of flexible commercial space for leisure, offices and retail usages, will also be formed.

Ample cycle storage spaces & and a covered car park will also be provided.
